'So close to the action of Shinjuku but far enough away for a quiet nights sleep! Perfect for families. By far our favorite place we’ve stayed at in all of Japan. We’re a family of 5 with 3 kids aged 13, 11 & 11. Would absolutely stay there again!'

'好處 1)位置幾好， 2)附近有便利店，指示清晰， 3)單位也算新，價錢ok,。 不好 1)不過單位內看到有一隻蟑螂和兩隻蒼蠅，感覺不太良好。 2)牀太軟，梳化牀也是不佳 3)回覆比較慢， 4)每天早上7:00-7:30樓下會有搬運人拋下貨物，只有這個時間比較嘈。 其他整體尚可。'

'Property was clean, safe and close to food and transportation. (Self) Check in/out was emailed in advance and was easy. Pictures online made the living room look bigger, but our family of three made it work. Amenities in the shower (like modes of ventilation) and clothes washer were very useful to us.'

'It was clean and quiet and there were 711 and some convenient stores arounds. My only problem was the lack of stable wifi and the ability to choose your bunk/bed'

'The accommodation was in a good location, but the bed was very average, with a very thin blanket that was not warm enough for the colder nights. The pillows were also pancake thin. Once checked in, we had no way of communicating with the owners to ask for a warmer blanker, other than talking to the bar staff at night. 'We really enjoyed our stay here in Tokyo. The instructions were very clear, and having everything labeled especially for trash made things so much easier compared to other places we’ve stayed. It really helped us stay organized and made the whole experience more convenient. The location was also great very walkable and in a peaceful neighborhood, which we really appreciated after busy days exploring the city. Overall, it was a great experience. 'Four nights stay in Shin Okubo with two grown daughters and this place and the owner screwed our expectations. As we arrived the unit, the place was spotless we had zero issues accessing thanks to Sean's meticulous communications leading up to our stay. The locations is also the selling point for this place. less than the the five min walk from Shin Okubo Yamnote line station which ch is super convenient as a base to track to any of the main attractions in Tokyo.
