'The hotel was a few minutes walk from the Disney Monorail which was very convenient. Also there was a very nice Disneyshop in the hotel. Because of the room we booked (a bigger room for 4 or 5 people) we had access to the Sheraton Lounge on the 12th floor with nice views over Disney and Tokyo Bay. 'Ik had een kamer geboekt voor mijn gezin, 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen. Echter bestaan dit soort kamers helemaal niet. De kamer die wij kregen was te klein met een bedje van 120x180. Daar kun je niet met 4 mensen in slapen. Ik heb een extra kamer moeten nemen en daar kosten voor moeten maken. Ik mag aannemen dat Expedia deze kosten gaat vergoeden. '

'Rooms were very organized for the space. Clean and very well kept rooms/hotel. Robes and slippers provided. Great staff, very helpful to Americans. Lots of amenities, they had a small area if you forgot anything, you could pick it up free, like toothbrushes, combs etc. Close to lots of great food and shopping. '
