'La casa es muy amplia y cómoda. El único inconveniente es que la habilitación del Tatami no tiene cortinas y a las 4:30 de la mañana entra toda la luz del día y no puedes descansar bien salvo que te pongas algo en la cabeza.. Nos quedamos dos adultos y dos niños y la verdad que la recomendaría para familias como nosotros. Tokio es muy grande y está a una hora de Shibuya en tren!!!!'

'Big room with ample space for 2 big checked bags and 2 carry ons. We didnt use the kitchen but it was good to have. Like others have said there are multiple locations of this chain so make sure you know which one is yours. Only reason for 4 stars is the laundry machine. While useful, it takes about 2.5+ hours to wash and dry a medium load. So keep that in mind as we didnt know and it delayed one of our days since we started the was in the morning. Other than that, id stay here again'

'Ik had een kamer geboekt voor mijn gezin, 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen. Echter bestaan dit soort kamers helemaal niet. De kamer die wij kregen was te klein met een bedje van 120x180. Daar kun je niet met 4 mensen in slapen. Ik heb een extra kamer moeten nemen en daar kosten voor moeten maken. Ik mag aannemen dat Expedia deze kosten gaat vergoeden. '

'Our family is so glad we stayed in this hotel. The hotel staff Aiz, Aileen and Harry are always smiling, friendly and welcoming. The rooms exceeded our expectation they were very updated, neat and clean also the beds are comfortable and for a family of 6 we have enough space and the 2 toilet is a bonus. The room was fully equiped with kitchen essentials, though we did not use it its a good alternative to have it. There is also a washing machine in the room which is nice. I love the complimentary...
