'We had an excellent stay at the Kimpton Shinjuku. The service was warm, polished, and genuinely thoughtful from the moment we arrived. The staff made everything seamless and welcoming.
The rooms are modern, clean, and beautifully designed with great attention to detail. The beds were a little firm for our personal preference, but everything else about the room was comfortable and well appointed.

'This hotel is our new family favourite and exceeded our expectations. The staff were considerate and friendly and my children loved the 24/7 snack and drink bar as well as the arcade and gym. The location is excellent and within easy walking distance to the major subway lines. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. '
