« Cabin on the water was lovely & the balcony a great feature although needed an umbrella & seat cushions. Unfortunately the bar & terrace area was taken over by a golf presentation so a little disappointing as very limited free seating & early closing for bar & food provision. Huge stain on the bedroom carpet, bathroom door hard to close & a very noisy toilet seat! Plenty of parking & a quiet night’s sleep. It was close to our planned event but wouldn’t stay again. »

We booked Cabin 25 (Lark) to celebrate our anniversary, but the stay was completely ruined by the appalling condition of the accommodation and the complete lack of action when I reported it. On our first evening I discovered extensive visible black mould around the shower, on the shower curtain and bathroom ceiling. I then inspected the rest of the cabin and found mould on the studio curtains and sofa bed, together with a significant build-up of dirt...

« The small cabin is well situated with an absolutely stunning view over some fields and out to the water and only about 20 minutes to St Andrews. The cabins are well spaced with their own picnic table and firepit and it was nice it was dog friendly as well! »
