'Property is beautifull with heated pools and hot tubs. Difficult to get chairs by pool and the hotel is insanely expensive, 30 usd for drink at pool or lobby bar. Restaurants also very expensive. 5 star resort with 10 star price'

'Beach front from any floor . Everything was absolutely amazing. Food was awesome. Activities were fun . Never a dull moment. I could do without the big tub on the balcony taking up 1/2 of the balcony space. Never used it as ur neighbor could lean over and look at you . '

'lots of seaweeds, furniture's unattended, lacking in staff. room has no veranda, it has window, but you get humidity after a while. The room has no reachable electric outlets, bathroom has bathtub but sealed and not usable, no water coming out of the faucet waste of space! Dining buffet is not good as far as utensils, glasses, soup spoons, running out and not replaced. short staff, food not replaced right away, people tend to wait. ice cream is "melt scream" not ice cream, cones are stale and...

'Personeel is vriendelijk. Hotel is erg centraal gelegen. Het eten is lekker bij het buffet. Ik zou er alleen niet elke dag eten want dan eet je bijna elke dag hetzelfde. Parkeren is gemakkelijk en gratis. Wel is het hotel erg druk. Druk bij het restaurant, rijen! Ook bij het inchecken enorme rijen en chaos van alle drukte. 'We had to move after 2 nights b/c they were doing construction outside our door. The 1st night in the 2nd place a woman let herself into our room with the key, saying she booked it through airbnb. She’s been given the wrong info. 2 days later we couldn’t use the balcony b/c they were power washing right above it. Our stovetop has electrocuted me multiple times even though I was very careful after the 1st time. Our 5th night the microwave lit on fire. 2 security guys came to to try to find out...
