'Goede mooor lokatie om centraal in Tokyo te zitten.'

'Very clean and great room layout, spacious and functional, used the hottub bath everyday. Gym is a bit small but very bright and clean with all the basics you need to workout. Staffs are very friendly and helpful! Location is right next to subway station which makes it convenient to travel between places. 7 -11 right beside hotel, good for quick bite, snacks and drinks. Hotel is a bit pricy but mainly due to holiday season. Other than that, highly recommend to fellow travelers ! '

The staff were present and courteous, anticipating needs before they were ever voiced and making every interaction, even with the language barrier, feel welcoming. The property itself was immaculately clean and refined. Although the hotel has an “old world” feel, it has been beautifully maintained. 'New Otani Tokyo is een groot hotel, met meerdere restaurants, winkels, faciliteiten. Centraal gelegen bij uitvalswegen en meerdere metrostations. Op loopafstand meerdere restaurants en winkels. Voldoende en snelle liften aanwezig. Ruime kamers, comfortabel, goede bedden, kleine, maar efficiente badkamer (natuurlijk met 'Japans' toilet), internationale tv-kanalen goed /snel internet. Efficiente en vlotte check-in en check-out. Engelssprekend personeel. Prima schoonmaak service; amenities aanwezig...

'Accomodation was clean and tidy, staff were kind and helpful with anything we needed. the location is extremely convenient with everything being within walking distance and of course the 7 eleven being right downstairs was the biggest bonus with this accomodation. only thing to note would be the room size it was a tad squishy for my friend and I would definitely upgrade to a bigger room next time. '

'Nice place to start your trip in Tokyo. But breakfast was very limited. Just 3 pieces of bread in the lobby. If you want to have dinner there are only Italian or Indian restaurants nearby. '
