'First, it is hard to find the property. There is no sign showing the property name. The host was very condescending and requires a cash $20 deposit. This property is a house with multiple rooms (you have to ring a doorbell multiple times before they even open the door.) The parking is horrendous, and if you car does not fit there, they ask you to go find parking outside the property or bring a smaller car. 'Boutique hotel in beautiful townhouse in the middle of cosy Roma Norte with plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood. The beds are very comfortable but our room on the ground floor of the inner patio was very dark en had inadequate lighting inside. Staff was often hiding at the desk behind closed door and could be more present and more helpful. '
