'Dit hotel is echt geen aanrader omdat we teleurgesteld waren in heel wat zaken: heel onvriendelijk personeel, meerdere liften waren defect tijdens ons verblijf en werden niet hersteld, we kregen niet genoeg handdoeken voor 3 volwassenen en we moesten hier meermaals om vragen op verschillende dagen, de ijsmachine die in de buurt van onze kamer stond maakte een verschrikkelijk geluid wat heel lastig was gedurende de nacht, we hadden een lek in het toilet zodat er water op ons druppelde, we moesten...

'The waterpark and food was fantastic. The rooms weren’t great. Lumpy pillows and no control over the thermostat so we were either too cold or too warm. The resort was really tailored to kids and they had an awesome time. '
