'I had an overall nice stay. The staff was amazing, very attentive, and warm. However, the upkeep of the hotel was a little off. It is not the cheapest resort so I definitely think they could maintain the place a little better. Some parts of the pool floor were breaking which caused my sister to get a cut on her foot. There was a black substances all around the pool on the last day of our stay there which was staining everyone's swim suits and even our skin, not even scrubbing in the shower...
