'Perfect spot in Montauk, close to the beach and town. We walked to town with a 3 year old and infant in the stroller and very doable nice walk. The condo is clean and equipped with basic necessities so bring anything you might need cooking wise. Kept the baby in the bedroom and our 3 year old in the living room but we made it work. Kelly is extremely responsive and a pleasure to rent from.'

'This cozy, clean apartment couldn't be any more convenient! We visited without a car, and could walk to the Seaport Museum (3 minutes,) downtown (8 minutes,) and the Amtrak (14 minutes.) The apartment is cute, quiet, and comfortable, with good internet, a full-sized kitchen, and a washer/dryer. Recommend this for a visit to Mystic!'

'Location was great for our travels to Mystic and to Foxwoods Casino and Mohegan Sun. Views were great as we saw sailboats and others enjoying the water. It was a bit chilly for the time of year to enjoy the patio amd grill. Plenty of space and beds were comfortable. Hope to return during warmer weather.'

'You cannot go wrong staying at Manny’s place. It is a short walk to the beach, which has great views and short drive to most vineyards and restaurants. The property itself is beautiful, and there is a private entrance to the rental, which is very roomy, immaculate, and you get a welcome bottle of local wine and hopefully you get Amal’s cookies and chocolate. As mentioned in other reviews, Manny is unintrusive, but very approachable, he is a great source of information as to the best restaurants...

'Not only is the cottage cute and clean, the location is perfect! We were so close to everything in Mystic! Our two young boys were even able to scooter (while we walked) to the downtown area of shops and restaurants. We loved the quiet side street and the bit of water view from the property.
