'Due to our travel arrangements, my family and I checked in approximately 6 hours later than the 4:00 check in time so it was very late. Being tired after a day of travel, I was having issues with the locking systems on the doors. I text the host and they were quick to reply, even though it was quite late. 'Stayed for 5 nights. The air filter was absolutely polluted with dust, it looked like it hasn’t been changed in a year. Our son got an allergic reaction to the dust and had to take him to the ER during our stay. One of the beds did not have a comforter which we reported upon arrival. We were told for 3 straight days that it would be delivered and was not. It was finally delivered as we were checking out. I am a work traveler and have seen it all but the service and cleanliness were way below...

'Pretty good overall but on balance not sure we save much money over a hotel. The checkin was great and host was flexible on checkout although we didnt need it in the end. Location is great (Times Square walkable) etc. However, the downstairs rooms have a pretty low ceiling. The single room has an AC that can only be controlled via on/off switch but it has a heating pipe running though it so hard to get that right in winter. In the end a solid choice.'

'Such a fantastic stay! Very warm welcome by Alex the host, the spaces were better than the photos. We had everything we needed in the unit to have a pleasant stay in Brooklyn. It felt like home. The neighborhood is quiet and residential with a great bodega just on the corner and nearby grocery stores. We cooked several evenings and it was easy to do it. We did not bring a car - it's about 5 minutes from the closest bus and 20 minutes walking from the closest subway station. If you plan to visit...

'I felt that the place was spotless and great -- only suggestion I have is to provide some kind of bodywash in the shower as there was only shampoo and conditioner.'
