« Great location. It was in the back of the building, which insulated us from street noise. The only thing I would change is if there were a way to have a small table and two chairs to eat on. It was difficult to eat meals in the apartment because there was no dining surface. Overall, it was an exceptionally nice apartment. If you don’t plan to have meals in the apartment, it’s absolutely perfect. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. »

« This was an excellent stay in a nicely appointed condo on the east side. The neighborhood was safe and quiet and the unit was 16 stories up. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and the Rosevelt Tram is just up the street. There's a insanely busy Trader Joe's in easy walking distance and plenty of small shops and street vendors. « The hosts were very awesome to work with and quick to respond. They even sent written directions and helped us navigate getting there by subway. There is a restaurant below it, so we just had to keep our kids relatively quiet which at times was a challenge, I felt like it was in a good spot. We had lots of pizza options and ice cream places close by and we found an awesome grocery store right around the corner. Overall, we super enjoyed our stay. »

« The location was very convenient and the building was unique. The room was sufficient, but we were expecting it to be larger given that 4 people could have been staying in it. The bathroom was very small and the sink water did not get hot. We notified the front desk of a few issues and they responded quickly to the ones they could. Given that it is NYC the size was not surprising but the overall quality could be improved for the price per night. »

"Hôtel très bien placé, à proximité de tous les centres d’intérêt. Personnel très accueillant et disponible. Hôtel un peu dans son jus, et les lits sont beaucoup trop petits! C’était presque des lits simples mais pour 2 personnes. Les nuits étaient compliquées. Mis à part ce détail, tout était nickel. Je recommande l’hôtel mais attention aux tailles de lits."
