« The room was clean and in a great location. The apartment is only accessible via staircase. The hosts are responsive and helpful. Thanks! »

« I was there in the summer, and it was a little hot. The AC is good you just have to wait about a half hour to feel it working after you turn it on. Also the main lights are from the kitchen and the bathroom, but there is a floor lamp and two windows that help keep things lit. The bathroom was really nice and the water pressure was good. The bed is super comfy and the tv was the perfect size for watching fifa! »

« Everything was great »

« Communication was excellent. Everything was exactly as advertised. This place was with when walking distance of every place that I needed to visit. I'd rent again in a heartbeat »

« Thank you for letting us use your place for Valentine’s Day weekend. The apartment was clean and had every amenity possible. When we’re in New York again I hope to stay here again. »

« Super appartement. Très propre. Bien équipé. Bon emplacement. »

« New York City hotels can be very cold and indifferent, well, this place Is not, although everything is to the point, no extra frills, the staff is quite warm and very available to solve any situations very quickly. I’ve stayed in many places and almost none compare to the kind and available people who take care of this place and its visitors. Fully recommend, great central location super close to a nice park, restaurants and shops. Book it! »

« The booking lists 2 king size beds and that was the reason we chose this location - very disappointed when we checked in and were told there are no king size beds and we were given 2 full size beds. Also, pics of room are very deceiving. It was hard for 2 people to be up and moving in the room at the same time. Will not be back. »

« Great location for all your needs. Very quiet which was a huge bonus. Great communicaton was most helpful . »

« The leaking toilet had having to mop up each flush was a bit inconvenient but the rest of the stay was great. »

« Unfortunately, this was one of the worst Vrbo experiences I've had. We booked this property because it advertised air conditioning, but from the first night the apartment stayed around 80°F even with the AC running continuously. We reported the issue immediately and followed every troubleshooting step the host suggested, including sealing the window around the portable AC. The host repeatedly acknowledged there was an AC problem and told us a technician would come, but no one ever arrived during...

« Very well located building l in a quiet street near Times Square. The room was spacious and clean. The AC was working fine and the bedding comfortable. The price was reasonable for NYC. We recommend »
