'It was not where it was listed but it was a good spot just had one set of bunks so one adult slept on the top. It was in the garment district near the empire state building. There was one bedroom with a double and the main part of the apartment had the other double with the bunk beds. The kitchen was good and stocked with basic dishes. 'clean, very centrally located, nice stay'

'Host would have 4-10 hours delay in responding. Property address listed is not where the same adress that the "other" host will text you directly, not through Vrbo. There were cockaroaches, the furniture is old and uncomfortable, towels had stains, not a well kept establishment. Pictures on Vrbo are enhanced, the place looks nothing like the pictures. Custodian did have the place clean for our early check-in. I would not recommend this rental.'

The unit itself was clean and stocked, beds were very comfortable. Not many bowls but paper plates were available. Plenty of pots and pans. The entry and elevators were dirty and had a terrible smell.'

'We had a fabulous stay! Very clean. Great location between Riverside Park and Central Park. Accessible to subway/taxis or very walkable to Central Park/Times Square/Rockefellar center. Raul, our host, was always available to answer questions. We were 2 families (4 adults and 5 kids, ages 1-11), but would be plenty of room for 4 couples as well. '
