'We love that this hotel is very close to everything. Very clean. We got the jr. suite so it had microwave, dishwasher, mini fridge. Cute dining area for us to eat meal as a family. Love that it had 2 full bathrooms so that we didn’t need to wait our turns to take showers. All the staff is friendly. We love the valet parking. Only thing was that it took almost an hour to get our car in the morning because the valet garage is under construction and they said they’re playing “Tetris” to get cars...

'The accommodations were horrible. The apartment was INFESTED with gnats. Those cute couches have dirt and crumbs in the buttons and a dried white substance was seen. So no where to sit in the living room. The internet did not work at all. We checked out of the apartment the following morning. This matter HAS NOT been resolved to my satisfaction.'
