Appartementen in Times Sq. - 42 St. Station

'Communication with this property was poor from the start. Before arrival, I modified our reservation and then heard nothing for over a week. After multiple attempts to reach someone, I had to contact customer support just to confirm the change had been made. I specifically raised concerns about the lack of communication and was assured we would have a designated manager available 24/7 after check-in. That was not our experience. During a confusing and stressful check-in, we finally reached a...

'Lovely apartment, exceptionally well equipped, super clean. Fast, friendly communication and very smooth check-in service. Close to several public transport lines so transit to midtown very convenient.'

'Our family of five was comfortable for sleeping, eating, and lounging. The unit looks exactly as shown in the photos. No surprises. The towels, sheets, and comforters are all new. There was enough bottled water in the frig for our entire stay. Same for paper products (paper towels, toilette tissue, etc.), dish liquid, hand soap, & shampoo. We had an issue with the electric circuit breaker upon our arrival. Gertrude had it fixed immediately! Thank you for that! The building is very quiet and...

'Overall the stay was wonderful. It is an old apartment but bathrooms and kitchen are updated. There is AC in every room. Great for families in a safe location near all Amenities such as stores and subway. Close to Central park.'

'Outside door never opened with key and apartment key didn’t work I paid 511.00 for a locksmith'

'We stayed for 7 days at this property. The location is great and the home is exactly what we were looking for. Aside from a slight confusion about the address, everything was great. I understand they withhold the exact address for safety reason, but that part was not disclosed to us. The location is very close to what they show on the listing.'

'Best location in NYC Everything you need was just steps away. The host communication was incredible. From start to finish. They stayed in touch….'

'Very pleased overall. It would have been nice to have a toaster and some washcloths.'

'Great stay!'

'Nice location, great communication with the host. The listing is misleading and inaccurate. No stairs disclosed in the listing. 3rd and 4th floor walk up. Narrow stairways, damaged railing to the top floor. Hard to climb with luggage or with any disability. Unit in disrepair. Broken kitchen cabinets, missing lightbulbs, old, ineffective wiring, miss matched beds. The king bed in the matter is actually two mismatched twins on a king frame. Mattresses are actually different thickness/heights.'

'The location great. Very convenient to upper west side. That was the positive. The negatives- kitchen was not very clean. We ended up using plastic utensils as several forks and knives were dirty.- coffee maker didn’t work- debris on ground of kitchen- the apartment is dark! The pictures are not totally reflective- no AC in the main bedroom. Window AC in the main room- only 1 key!! Not sure how you can sleep 8 people and only have 1 key. That required a lot of juggling- host was somewhat...
