'It was really nice to have so much space in New York! Check in was super easy. I also loved having a kitchen. We often had leftovers that we could heat up later. Also, my daughter needed to steam her throat every morning which we couldn't have done at a hotel. There was a problem with the hot water in the shower. The handle got super hot, so we needed to use a cloth to adjust it or turn it off. I alerted the property manager about it. There are a few run down spots on the floor which...

Yes, the bridge traffic dumps out here but it really wasn't loud at all. And the neighborhood around it has tons to offer. Management company was top notch and responded quickly to any emails I sent. 'This place was exactly as pictured. The owner went out of his way to help us check in early and took good care of everything from start to finish. The location is perfect, close to excellent restaurants and attractions and public transportation. We ran the air conditioning for most of our stay, which worked beautifully in cooling the place, but also kept any noise from our ears. The building feels very secure. 'We had a fabulous time exploring NYC. This little apartment was in the perfect location, a few blocks from Grand Central station which made taking the subway anywhere a breeze. The apartment was great, perfect for 2 people. We had a little mixup about keys but it was a minor snag. The apt isn’t high end but it has everything you need, it was quiet and in a great location'
