'Clean building but needs a waste basket in the bathroom'

'The price and location were good. It’s up 4 flights of steps, which was not a problem. Deli right on the corner for easy breakfast or lunch sandwiches. Overall a good experience. Bathroom is very small, but it’s NYC. Shower had great water pressure and hot water. 👍'

'Our group enjoyed our stay at this location! The place was very clean, had plenty of towels and glassware for us to use, and the hosts were very responsive when we reached out with any questions. If we ever need to stay in the city again, we would definitely choose to come back here!'

'My child participated in the itheatrics camp, and this location was perfect. He felt safe to walk to rehearsal every day and we could easily walk to shows every night. The location is as described in listing. Small kitchen and living space, but bedroom is large. I felt secure accessing and while inside the building. We saved lots of money having a kitchen available to make simple breakfast and lunch. Every night dinner was out and the food in the area is amazing! There are a ton of laundromats...

'Die Zimmer sind wirklich nur zum Schlafen gedacht, ich denke, so war es auch gedacht. Wenn Sie also nur eine Unterkunft zum Übernachten suchen, ist es in Ordnung, aber für einen richtigen Urlaub ist es nicht so toll. Die Lage ist fantastisch, nur wenige Schritte vom Herzen des Times Square entfernt. Das Personal ist gut.'

'The location great. Very convenient to upper west side. That was the positive.The negatives- kitchen was not very clean. We ended up using plastic utensils as several forks and knives were dirty.- coffee maker didn’t work- debris on ground of kitchen- the apartment is dark! The pictures are not totally reflective- no AC in the main bedroom. Window AC in the main room- only 1 key!! Not sure how you can sleep 8 people and only have 1 key. That required a lot of juggling- host was somewhat...
