« Overall the stay was great and good value for our family. The location was good for us as we were trying to stay near friends. The main door to enter the building was usually unlocked and you were able to push open the door. Not an issue for us but would be if traveling alone perhaps.There was a Large amount of trash on the 2nd floor that was there for the duration of our 3 day, 2 night, stay and the smell was rough but didn’t make it into the apartment.The communication with the owner was...

« Beds were comfy, rooms were tight. Bathroom is tiny, with toilet, sink, and shower within an arms length away. I get it, it’s NYC. Def a place for single travelers or 2 people, and not for a girls trip or 2 couple trip. Area is close to subways, restaurants, etc. In house washer/dryer a plus. But I wouldn’t stay there again. »

« Logement conforme à l'annonce, relativement bien équipé avec une bonne literie. L'emplacement est parfait : situé à 5-10 minutes à pied de Grand Central et du métro. Petit café et vendeur de pizza presqu'à tout heure au coin de la rue. Points négatifs : vétuste, mal isolé et bruyant car donne sur une arrière-cour avec une soufflerie en continue.
