« Location could not be beat! Close to Central Park and subway near by to hit everything. Coffee and convenience stores close by. Living area was great to hang out, but we were mostly there to sleep, recharge and go again and it was perfect for that! Bedrooms were large, well stocked and bathrooms were clean and well lit. AC in each area made it easy to stay comfortable. Noise from upstairs as to be expected with this type of architecture. Would stay again for sure! »

« Nice location, great communication with the host. The listing is misleading and inaccurate. No stairs disclosed in the listing. 3rd and 4th floor walk up. Narrow stairways, damaged railing to the top floor. Hard to climb with luggage or with any disability. Unit in disrepair. Broken kitchen cabinets, missing lightbulbs, old, ineffective wiring, miss matched beds. The king bed in the matter is actually two mismatched twins on a king frame. Mattresses are actually different thickness/heights. »

« The location great. Very convenient to upper west side. That was the positive.The negatives- kitchen was not very clean. We ended up using plastic utensils as several forks and knives were dirty.- coffee maker didn’t work- debris on ground of kitchen- the apartment is dark! The pictures are not totally reflective- no AC in the main bedroom. Window AC in the main room- only 1 key!! Not sure how you can sleep 8 people and only have 1 key. That required a lot of juggling- host was somewhat...

"Super séjour à l’hôtel Row, mention spéciale pour Juan et le petit dej 👌 Le seul inconvénient dans la chambre quadruple est le manque de prises et malheureusement, début septembre, nous avons trouvé la chambre humide malgré la climatisation"

"Séjour de 5 nuits- A savoir que le petit déjeuner comprit dans ta réservation ne se prend pas à l’hôtel. On vous remet un petit coupon pour aller manger à l’extérieur dans un petite boulangerie/pizzeria où il y a 5 tables à l’intérieur et 3 dehors. Avec ton coupon on te donne une carte de ce que tu as droit.. pour nous un café au lait et un pain au chocolat c tout, si tu veux plus tu paies. Tu peux prendre ton petit déjeuner à l’hôtel moyennant finance. Dans la chambre avec ou sans Clim tu as le bruit de la ventilation. Quand ton voisin de lave ou se rend au toilette c en direct. Caution de 300$ + la taxe Facility free :193$ à ne pas oublier 😫 en plus. Le positif : super bien situé c tout"
