« Appartement très propre et très bien équipé mais très bruyant.Bouchons d’oreilles indispensables pour dormir.Pièce principale fort peu lumineuse. Beaucoup de difficultés pour avoir de l’eau chaude »

« Overall the stay was wonderful. It is an old apartment but bathrooms and kitchen are updated. There is AC in every room. Great for families in a safe location near all Amenities such as stores and subway. Close to Central park. »

« Beds were comfy, rooms were tight. Bathroom is tiny, with toilet, sink, and shower within an arms length away. I get it, it’s NYC. Def a place for single travelers or 2 people, and not for a girls trip or 2 couple trip. Area is close to subways, restaurants, etc. In house washer/dryer a plus. But I wouldn’t stay there again. »

« Carl is a wonderful host. We communicated often, and he checked in to make sure everything was well. The space is amazing. It’s on 2 levels: the living room, dining area, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on one level, and 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the 2nd level. The ac is great, and there are many tvs. There’s a washer-dryer, dishwasher, and lots of closets. We were generations staying there and it was perfect for us. »

« Logement conforme à l'annonce, relativement bien équipé avec une bonne literie. L'emplacement est parfait : situé à 5-10 minutes à pied de Grand Central et du métro. Petit café et vendeur de pizza presqu'à tout heure au coin de la rue. Points négatifs : vétuste, mal isolé et bruyant car donne sur une arrière-cour avec une soufflerie en continue. Le plancher s'enlève par endroits et la douche est difficile à régler pour la température de l'eau. La vaisselle est limitée. Hôte très arrangeant pour...
