'Our family of five was comfortable for sleeping, eating, and lounging. The unit looks exactly as shown in the photos. No surprises. The towels, sheets, and comforters are all new. There was enough bottled water in the frig for our entire stay. Same for paper products (paper towels, toilette tissue, etc.), dish liquid, hand soap, & shampoo.We had an issue with the electric circuit breaker upon our arrival. Gertrude had it fixed immediately! 'Location could not be beat! Close to Central Park and subway near by to hit everything. Coffee and convenience stores close by. Living area was great to hang out, but we were mostly there to sleep, recharge and go again and it was perfect for that! Bedrooms were large, well stocked and bathrooms were clean and well lit. AC in each area made it easy to stay comfortable. Noise from upstairs as to be expected with this type of architecture. Would stay again for sure!'

'Nice location, great communication with the host. The listing is misleading and inaccurate. No stairs disclosed in the listing. 3rd and 4th floor walk up. Narrow stairways, damaged railing to the top floor. Hard to climb with luggage or with any disability. Unit in disrepair. Broken kitchen cabinets, missing lightbulbs, old, ineffective wiring, miss matched beds. The king bed in the matter is actually two mismatched twins on a king frame. Mattresses are actually different thickness/heights.'

We ended up using plastic utensils as several forks and knives were dirty.- coffee maker didn’t work- debris on ground of kitchen- the apartment is dark!
