« Seven women over 70 spent 5 days in the apartment, and it was wonderful. The location is perfect. Instead of feeling like you are in the chaos of New York, you feel part of the neighborhood. Central Park was a short walk away. We even saw a film being made at the end of the block. Everything in the apartment is new and fresh. Will book again the next time we are in New York. We even discussed the book for about 3 minutes. »

« Booking with Lyuda was smooth. Check-in was no problem (although there were several lock boxes, so had to try a few until we got our key). The location cannot be beat. The apartment is surprisingly quiet, yet steps away from restaurants, shops, metro, etc. Beds were comfortable. Don’t count on too much extra space, but this is what we expected for NYC. Would book again! »

« My daughter and I stayed in a different property than this one, they had to move us because of some plumbing issues at the one we booked. But no matter, the place we ended up staying was absolutely amazing! It was probably better than the one that we were booked for because we were just a couple of blocks from Lincoln Center the property itself was very clean and easy to get in and out of. I would absolutely want to book with this company again! »

« We stayed 4 days and 3 nights in this magnificent property. It's rare to find something spacious and comfortable in New York when you come with a large family. There were 8 of us between babies, children, and adults, and this property met all our expectations. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. There are towels, pillows, and extra blankets. The kitchen has everything you need. The distance to the Big Apple is a 20-minute walk. The neighborhood where the property is located is very safe...

« Check-in and check-out process was a breeze in this stylish studio located in a very safe walkable area. Loads of sunlight and lots of city traffic noises (bring a sound machine/ ear plugs if you have trouble sleeping) which added to the experience. Loved being able to easily walk to Central Park, 5th Ave and Broadway/Times Square area. Studio had everything we needed for a 3 day weekend getaway including a fridge and microwave. « This place was exactly as pictured. The owner went out of his way to help us check in early and took good care of everything from start to finish. The location is perfect, close to excellent restaurants and attractions and public transportation. We ran the air conditioning for most of our stay, which worked beautifully in cooling the place, but also kept any noise from our ears. The building feels very secure.
