'During my stay in NYC I couldn’t have stayed at a better place. Even though guests share the bathroom, it was not a big deal and the staff were very nice and helpful. I will definitely stay there again. '

'Good apartment, looks just like the photos. Nice bathroom. Has all the basics, and we were able to cook in the kitchen. I was already familiar with the neighborhood and the street parking regulations , so that was helpful. Just like any city, be careful where you park- read the signs. We felt very comfortable in the neighborhood and in the apartment. Street was quiet. Let the host know in advance if you need extra bedding or towels. I would be happy to stay here again. '

'Was not able to find parking to bring things in. 2 of the rooms were together. So you couldn’t get in one room without going through the other. And the code to enter the room from the outside was not working. Other than that the house was pretty clean. '

'Filthy and had roaches! The front seat young guy chain smokes cigarettes in front during his entire shift and cigarettes cover your entrance into the facility. They have cockroaches and there is zero parking other than a public lot 10 min walking distance away! The sheets were dirty, shower caving in and overall disgusting '
