« The room was not at all like the pictures. First room we were placed in was over a liquor store, which was not explained on expedia. The room smelled terrible. There was a hole in the wall, dead bugs smushed into the walls, cobwebs in the corners that tangled so far down. Went down to the front desk and asked for another room. The second room was just as bad. the door didnt open the whole way because the bed was in the way. Didn't feel safe enough to stay. »

« The room was extremely dirty. There were mice, frequently enough that I could have a video of it (would add it here if it was an option). There were cigarettes holes in the sheet, objects on the floor (a candy and a beer cap). Hotel staff told me I would be fully reimbursed and sent a bill of 0$ to my email. This was sent to Expedia who then told me I'd be reimbursed only for the days I didn't stay there. 0 star Super 8 and 0 star Expedia »
