'It was pretty clean, but some floors looked like a dirty string mop had been quickly swirled around. The tile floors are not set properly and they have missing grout in some spots. The bathtubs were clean but have chips as well as the frame for glass doors, but no glass. The shower curtains are hung above the frame. 'Very nice apartment, great view, short drive to the beaches. We went to Sand Key, very beautiful beach. Good wifi. You can eat something downstairs at the pool. It is very convenient that you can do your laundry.'

'The place was fine. We had to ask for a blanket/ comforter for the pull out sofa because there wasnt any. We did get a blanket. We had to purchase batteries because the ones in the thermostat died and there weren't extras. Very limited glasses, mugs, and kitchen utensils. There were no oven mits/pot holders for oven use. There is not cable/satelitetv. You have to input your own streaming account and password to watch wifi tv. Location was bayside though with a nice view.'

'Great location to relax. The lake with all the wildlife made for a great setting. The loft was perfect for the weekend stay. Host was spot on with instructions and responded quickly when contacted.'

'Overall, we had a good stay. Overall, the condo was nice but it’s starting to show its age a little bit. everything was functional. The bed felt either a little worn or way on the soft side. One hinge came apart in the kitchen during our stay.. But we fix that ourselves'

'Perfect residential location for visiting our family in the Bay area, as well as visiting local attractions. The patio with a view of the bay along with a breeze coming across Bayshore Drive was perfect for beginning the day!'

'The waters were calm, saw manatee across the other side of the lagoon, saw dolphins in the lagoon twice, sea turtle one day and stingray often in the lagoon. Highly recommend this place but they need to get newer beds as they are all dipping and wore out, did not sleep very well.'

'Exactly as described! We loved the condo, especially the patio overlooking the water. It’s a gated property, with a nice pool, pier& seating area closer to the waterfront. At dusk there is a nice fire pit& torches. Very close to the airport which was a plus. Many restaurants in the area too. We visited Ybor village and ate at the Columbia Restaurant! It was a treat!'

'We stayed at Mai Tai Suites for its location and it is dog friendly. We have visited Dunedin many times but this was our first trip with our dog. We had an amazing time and Karen and John certainly take pride in their property. It looks just like the photos and is incredibly clean. 'Liked alot, clean, not too many units (other people, LOL). Near the water and lots of good restaurants/bars. Host, Katie, was wonderful, very accomodaing and quick to respond. We have already booked our next stay here!'
