'We went for the solar eclipse which turned out to be a dud. What wasn't a dud was the property in which we stayed. It was clean, stocked, and well maintained. Communicating with the owner was a breeze. I defiantly would stay there again if I was ever in the area.'

'We had a great stay at Niagara at this location. The space is nice, up to date, and cozy. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook and prepare our meals. The falls are a short walk away - under 15 minutes to the Maid of the Mist / Observation Tower if you follow the path from the Aquarium / Niagara Gorge Discovery Center. We also walked across to the Canada side (bring your passports!) and viewed from over there as well. We would visit again!'

'House was as listed. Good sized rooms, balcony was a hit with the kids, and house was a 7 minute drive from the national park. Easy! Minor housekeeping issues: Top bunk sheets were dirty and had hair, when we rolled down the blankets for my kids. Glasses had lip marks and needed to be rewashed before using. Another roll of paper towels would have been appreciated. Otherwise, good home base for a great eclipse trip!'

'First and foremost, our host Bryan, was tremendous. Always kept up with great communication, provided us with ice and an ice chest to use in our travels, went the little extra. We had 4 adults and 2 kids and the three bedrooms worked great. Very quiet neighborhood yet easy access to town. Had all we needed except a washer/dryer, but spacious and comfortable for the six of us. Highly recommend and again THANKS to Bryan for being a great host.'

It was very close to Niagara Falls and some of the other local attractions we stopped at (Underground Railroad Museum & Village Bake Shop in Lewiston). Host was very easy to communicate with via messaging. The board games in the property were fun and we enjoyed playing some of those in the evening.'

'I wasn’t looking for anything glamorous just for a one night Niagara Falls trip with the kids on a whim. It fit our needs for a night. The neighborhood is a typical tight city block 2 story style brick. At no point did we feel unsafe but the neighbor to the left (if looking at the home) had loud music during portions of the night. Nothing the fans in the rooms couldn’t drown out. Simple, low maintenance stay.'

'Neighborhood, outside of the house, and stairways were sketchy! The inside of the apartment was nice and had enough space. It was great location as far as distance to Niagara, but it did not feel safe. Only down fall inside was that we didn’t get more towels until the last night of our trip. It was priced fairly! Overall the apartment was fine.'

"We smelled marihuana in the room. At first the reception employee and manager wouldn't give us another room even though we have 3 kids. Only if we would pay 300 dollar per night extra. Concierge was a great guy. Eventually they offered us a clean room without extra cost."
