'Hotel stinkt, eten is over prijst, ontbijt is erg vroeg afgelopen 09.00. Personeel spreekt gen Engels. Drie dagen eerder vertrokken.'

'Upon our arrival, an employee greeted us and helped with luggage. The public area was elegant and displayed so many beautiful artwork and antiques. Being at the top of a hill and by the ocean/bay, the view was gorgeous especially during cherry blossom season. The breakfast buffet offered a good selection mainly Japanese food including pacific lobster miso soup. There was a spacious coffee/tea ( snacks) area with the same beautiful view. 'Incredible place to stay'

'Beautiful views over the Pacific Ocean in the open air onsen, would definitely recommend for that alone. Easily accessible by train from Nagoya city centre, however the train station has one bus (and no taxi stand) to the resort every couple of hours so organise ahead. For foreign tourists; the staff speak little English but try to be helpful!'

'The staff treated me so well. Working with me even with a language barrier. After a few weeks of the Tokyo and Osaka life, that place was a slice of heaven, my only regret was not staying longer. The baths were nice, the place was super clean. Transportation to get there is a bit difficult, but that I think is what makes this place attractive, since it's in such a nice, quiet part of Japan. Going there during the Sakura season was amazing too. '

'Prima hotel, dienstverlening op TOP Nivo, erg mooi gelegen . Zeer zeker de moeite waard. In de buurt van hotel zijn geen mogelijkheden om te eten, dus men is wel aangewezen op hotel, maar eten is uitstekend, wel aan de prijzige kant.'
