Our room was the best part of our stay. It was actually a 2 room suite. On one side was our king bed with a full bath and a balcony over-looking the ocean and cruise ships. On the other side was a complete kitchen with all kitchen appliances, dining table and another deck over-looking the ocean. Both sides had separate thermostats with separate A/C units. This was the best room we have stayed at out of all our travels.
The wait staff, the cleaning staff and the bar tenders were all great. The front desk staff were horrible. We never could get a clear answer to our questions about anything. Either that or we would get conflicting answers.
Each meal had a buffet in the dining room. Much of the food from the buffet was inedible. The few times I ate from the buffet I got ill. When we asked whether or not we would be able to order from the menu we were told by some that we could but by others we couldn't. Bottom line most of the food with exception of the bar food menu was horrible.
The pool was very cold but nice sized. The "hot tub" was mostly cool or lukewarm. However when there were multiple cruise ships docked in front of the resort many of the passengers would hang out at our resort for a fee which packed our pool.
Over all I could only rate this place a D and we will NEVER return.
