'The room was gorgeous with a STUNNING view of ocean and the beach club, the staff was very kind - always had bottled water and sweet treats waiting for me in my room whenever I came back from an excursion. They had 2 pools, the rooftop pool was amazing, with a heated pool and bar/restaurant - with spectacular views of docks, boats, beach and more. Thank you so much for making my first trip to Mexico wonderful!'

'There were 2 restaurants and 1 bar plus room service. We ate solely at the resort. Some foods were better than others but there were still a good amount of options to choose from. The beds were incredibly comfortable, especially the huge pillows. Internet access was great throughout the whole resort. The transportation access was a bit lacking, not too many times available and it was pricey. The service was amazing. All staff! 'We had an amazing trip and will be back. All of our butlers were spot on and were available to help when needed. In fact, I reached out about a month after checkout to ask a question on one of the drinks by the pool and Juan Carlos tracked it down for us. Really appreciated! Our room was super clean and had everything you could ask for. Check in was smooth. The welcome drinks, towels, and heated neck were a nice touch. Every bar served amazing drinks! 'This hotel was built in 2019 so features and property are still in tip top shape. There are several pools that can get crowded by 10 am (people claim their spots by 9am). Bring your pool gear before heading to breakfast and you’re good. The pools can get a bit icky and warm by noon on hot and humid days so enjoy the pools before noon. The restaurants are solid, but nothing too fancy. We enjoyed Bocados, the steak house, the most. '

'Amazing stay, great for families traveling with a baby/toddler. Staff was attentive, room (and resort) was spotless. The level of customer service and care that we received is second to none. We paid for all inclusive and only had one drink. You don't need to be drunk to have fun here. Will be back, already recommended to friends and family.'
