Excelente atención desde que llegamos, la atención súper amable para paseos desde ahí, sin ningún costo extra, de verdad no recuerdo el nombre de la chica que nos atendió pero excelente trato, sin duda volvería, la playa me refiero al mar, no es seguro para nadar, pero...

'I’ve been to Cabo many times but this had to be the best resort. 12/10 for the food, especially Japanese. Rooms very nice and breakfast buffet was amazing. The only downside is that they had limited activities but if you’re there to relax and reset, know that you definitely will. They had a security in the front every time you had to enter you had to give them your last name and room number. Safety was important to them. Shuttle service from airport to hotel and back was $280, so not worth it....

'There were 2 restaurants and 1 bar plus room service. We ate solely at the resort. Some foods were better than others but there were still a good amount of options to choose from. The beds were incredibly comfortable, especially the huge pillows. Internet access was great throughout the whole resort. The transportation access was a bit lacking, not too many times available and it was pricey. The service was amazing. All staff! From the concierge, pool staff, restaurant staff, house keeping, food...

'I found this hotel incredible, the location is one of the best .. the people who work for the hotel are very hospitable, friendly and always want to help in everything! I think it's one of the best options if you visit Cabos, if you can take the "the reserve" option it's great because it's worth it! I recommend renting a car for the trip and being able to go out and get to know the hotel'

You get a concierge assigned to you upon checking in. The architecture of this property is immaculate. Moving on to the rooms, perfection. They all face the ocean. The thermostat's temperature is ideal, and the drapes are automated, and you can also pull a whole temporary wall if you want privacy from the closet/bathroom area....
