'very elegant hotel. great architecture. NO beach really very narrow- and no chairs on the beach (not sure why). food for meals limited. if you want to sit on a beach this is not good. we did not have hot water for a few days and they were not that helpful. but still a 5 star experience'

'Everything was great. Our only complaint was that leaving our room, 412 in Baja point, the smell of sewage was strong every day. Was pretty gross. But as soon as we were upstairs it was gone. So it was a hold your breath and go. Didn’t smell in the room either. But next time I would ask to move rooms and it kind of grossed you out when u r feeling clean hah. Pools were great. 'We had a lovely time. Property was a bit smaller than other resorts but it worked for the time we were there and for having small children. The kids club was amazing! We loved the staff so much. Also entertainers were incredibly special- from the poolside to night shows. Food was average but with decent variety. We would totally come back'
