'Beautiful resort. Consistent excellent food. The resort is very quiet, no music and by 8:30 it is a ghost town so be aware. Aside from the incredible views, food and drinks it is the staff that set this resort apart. When I arrived I was told, “Welcome home”. I do not want to leave anyone out because EVERY SINGLE STAFF member was exceptional. 'Terrible nunca contestaron, llamamos, escribimos y nada. Llegamos al lugar donde nos marcaba la ubicación las personas no sabían dónde era el lugar, varias personas nos hicieron favor de llamar a los números que apetecen y nadie contestó. Duramos más de 4 horas dando vueltas para encontrar el lugar y nadie contestó. No pudimos llegar y por ende no teníamos donde hospedarnos y llevábamos niños '
