'The property was in great shape and the views were outstanding. We were able to get around to see all that Cabo had to offer and boy was that a lot. The property owners and their team (Concierge, Chef, Ride Service etc) were 1st class. We were totally pampered!!!'

'We had 5 couples stay for a birthday celebration. The home is very pretty and the location was excellent. We were one row up from the beach, just above the beach club and the views are even better than the pictures. The outdoor space was really nice and plenty of room for our party of 10. The staff was excellent as well. Only suggestion is that if you have 5 couples, one room is quite small and best for kids or a nanny. (It does have a queen bed which was great). 'I booked our stay with a VERY short notice and from the very first message to the very last, Kim was welcoming, very responsive and accommodating. The condo was the perfect setup for a couple traveling with a 23 and 20 year old as we all had our own separate spaces. 'This villa was wonderful all-in-all. We loved the heated pool. This is one of the priorities when selecting a place for vacay with friends. In January, a heated pool is a must, and it was perfect. Also, being able to have restaurants and a spa in close proximity was also a plus. The villa could use a little updating and maintenance though, just saying. '
