'Hele fijne plek, heel vriendelijke service. Heel gezellig om hout te stoken. Fantastische uitvalsbasis richting Geilo: prachtige rit, plek om te skiën, wandelen of en langlaufen. In Ulvik prachtige wandeling gemaakt. Zonsondergang in Eidfjord is mooi! We hadden strakblauwe luchten en erg geboft. We komen graag nog eens!'

'I came to Ulvik/Villavik to see where my ancestors once lived and to walk where they once walked. The Handanger Fjord and all areas surrounding are amazing! Vallevik Fjordhytter, our cabin on the mountain was charming and peaceful and everything one could want! Paul was there for us if we ever needed anything or had any questions, very kind! I would love to return some day and if I do I hope to stay here again.'

'Ansich ein sehr schönes, gemütliches Häuschen. Leider war es bei unserer Ankunft nicht besonders sauber und es war sehr kalt. Der Vermieter wohnt neben an und war sehr bemüht. Aber man musste jeder morgen der Kamin anfeuer da es weniger als 8 Grad waren. Es ist schnell abgekühlt und nur langsam wieder warm geworden. Es gibt 2 Elektroheizkörper, die aber unendlich langebrauchen um lau warmzuwerden. Fazit: perfekt für den Sonnerurlaub, wenn man viel unterwegs ist.'

'The cabin is beautiful with a beautiful view... HOWEVER... Be warned that Google maps does not take you to the location. We were lucky enough that even though it was late when we got there, a gentleman in the house near where the gps took us was able to somewhat lead us in the right direction. We attempted to call the owners multiple times but no one ever answered and never returned our calls at any point during the stay. 'Schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtetes Häuschen in ruhiger Traumlage. Die Vermieter betreiben einen Obsthof und sind sind nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist toll für Ausflüge in die Hardangervidda und die Besteigung des Oksen.'

'We spent four wonderful days in this comfortable home and were able to visit several of the fjords that are within a comfortable driving distance. The home is quiet and private, and all five of us enjoyed our stay. Even though the kitchen is a little snug, it had everything we needed to cook dinner. Communication with the management company was easy and quick.'
