Positief: Netheid, voorzieningen en staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
Two people made the trip excellent. The first was the young man that checked me in when I arrived. He noted the room reserved for me was a ground floor room in the family section. He suggested, given the length of me stay that I consider a room in the adult section with an ocean view. I agreed and paid the upgrade. This was an excellent recommendation. It made my stay top notch.
The other person was Zyanya from the Guest Experience Team. She proactively contacted me and determined by interest in area tours and got me scheduled. She stayed in contact with me via text to see how the tours went and wheat else she could help me with. She offered to make meal reservations for me, and whatever other hotel services she could assist with. She remained in contact until the day I checked out. She was excellent in determining me needs and making my stay was pleasant.
These two people make my stay wonderful. Without them it would have been an “okay” experience, with them it was an “excellent” experience.
