The property is Hugh but beautiful now my personal experience wasn’t good , let’s start with arriving no greeted us had to take our own bags to the room no sigh or person to tell us there was a separate area to check in with Expedia, that representative wasn’t very friendly or helpful the party with us got Expedia wrist bands didn’t know what they were for but wasn’t offered them,now on to the room booked a king swim out suite got to queens and was told there was not any kings available and no restaurant to eat at once we arrived but the buffet. So the next morning I went and asked for a manager to try and get some things resolved that the Expedia agent could not we arrived on Friday got the room changed on Sunday now the room service was horrible and very slow by the time you got what was available it was cold or you were sleep , no restaurant had air conditioning except one which is crazy all the furniture seems to be very low to the floor and the MTS transportation wasn’t very good either and all the food was bland and they brought my husband a piece of cake for his birthday with no covering over it just open the only place that was top notch was the Spa had an amazing experience there.
