'Goed eten, veel keuze in restaurants.. zeer vriendelijk personeel. Helaas was het strand niet toegankelijk en vonden we de voorzieningen voor kinderen wat beperkt. Wel top hoe ze kleur geven aan het WK! Heel leuk gedaan!'

'-Paid +$300 for ocean view and bath tub and another couple we went with who did not and opted for the most basic room also got the same room and view (paying for the ocean view is a scam we didn’t even get one) -Visible mold on the ceiling in the buffet -All drinks/orange juice etc. watered down -House keeping will not restock items (coffee, q-tips, etc.) -Fine dining is nearly impossible to get a reservation for (unless you are apart of the diamond club) -room service was amongst the worst...

'The staff here was incredible! Antonio and Luis at The Beach House really helped to make the trip incredibly enjoyable. My wife and I went to the smoothie bar every day, which was such a nice touch to this resort. Rita’s taco house is no joke! I did not receive the gentleman’s name, but he worked the 5 o’clock bar from 7-3 each day. He was such a pleasure to speak with! Such a great experience. Next time we come back, we will for sure stay again.'

'Teveel bruiloften, laat in de nacht harde muziek en kabaal van mensen dior bruiloften. Min twee bruiloften per dag. Was niet fijn. Hadden wat beter verwacht van dit hotel.'

'Mi experiencia no fue la mejor. Habia una piedra de salgaso en el area de la playa y se notaba que el hotel no habia hecho nada por limpiar el area del salgazo. La piscina estaba bien sucio y el agua mareada blancusca. La comida no era de buena calidad y había falta de personal. No hicieron casi actividades. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien. El hotel lo va a cerrar ahora en agosto, por que lo van a remodelar y sus estándares actuales son mas de un hotel de dos estrellas. Pero te cobran...
