'El servicio en general muy mal. Habitación sucia, almohadas sucias con mal olor, toallas totalmente percudidas; la persecución para la compra de la membresía de mal gusto, a pesar que se indica que no es de interés, el servicio de buffet de mala calidad para el precio. Todos estos puntos los comenté para su corrección y nadie resolvió la situación. Generalmente me hospedo aquí, pero esta vez me quedé con mala impresión e incomoda. '

'Great staff! The Rooftop 360 pool was incredible, best views of Cabo. Beach Club was also fantastic. Rooms were spacious, well designed but can use more cabinets/drawers for clothes.'

'Will 100% be back. This pool was one of the best we’ve ever been to. The staff was so attentive and friendly! The decor is so beautiful- only downside is the food at the restaurant was silly expensive (like $150 for 2 people for breakfast!) so I’d say there’s a good coffee shop across the street! But the amenities are amazing! Clean and big villa rooms (stayed in a 1BR villa room).'

Helaas waren er enkele voorvallen waar wij niet blij mee waren en waarbij we weinig begrip ervaarden van de receptie. Zo stonden er om 22 uur ’s avonds plots medewerkers in onze kamer om te kuisen of een handdoek te brengen, terwijl wij daar niet om gevraagd hadden en die avond pas waren aangekomen. 'This was a wonderful resort. The food was very good and they had a large selection. Our only complaint was the buffet wasn’t open at dinner and the restaurants don’t have an open bar. Also be prepared to walk. The pool area is about a 5 minute walk from the lobby and there aren’t elevators to the rooms. We will definitely come back.'
