'Todo horrible'

'The check in seemed nice, we got a wet towel and a drink which was really tasty, the check in itsself lasted way too long, im not exaggerating when im saying it took at least half an hour. The room and the pools were really nice. We did a round trip and of all the places we've been to the staff in this hotel was the least friendly. There are red cabs outside the hotel. They charge like 3 times the normal price. Ordinary cabs aren't allowed to pick up people from/nearby hotel. If you try to catch...

'Check In is fast but the resort is at full capacity is room were late, unclean, and not nice view location. None of the perks were acknowledge nor offer until a flood of complaints about the room escalated to manager level. Nevertheless, this is a nice resort with great restaurants and resort amenities. The beach here is not nice so it is definitely not for beach lovers'

'My family had a wonderful stay here. The view from our room was beautiful and the food at the restaurants was delicious. One member in our party also booked a spa treatment and said that experience was lovely. We will definitely try to come back here in future years.'
