'Valentina the owner was so kind in welcoming our family to the castle, and Monica was on site every day to make sure all of our needs were taken care off. Primal was a rock star cooking and cleaning and making sure our children and grand children were taken care of. 'Although the castle looks nice from the outside, our apartment was dark and dirty. There was mould in the bathrooms, some lights did not work and everything looked as if it hadn' been cleaned for a while. We felt very uncomfortable in our apartment and cannot recommend it.'

'The Castle and surroundings are stunning. The property is right next to the castle and a short walk to the pool. It had everything we needed for our 3 days whist we explored the cities of Florence, Pisa and Siena, all a short car journey away. Because of the location you definitely needed a car. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend. Beautiful place.'
