'This house was nice and cozy for our few nights we spent in London. We had a big group but there was room for everyone and we all slept comfortably. The house was nice and clean and matched the description.'

'No Parking close by to drop off luggage. Treacherous, steep downhill path through a park to take several heavy suitcases. Incredibly poor communication from the property, who in the first instance did not respond for over a week to our request for an early check in. e repeatedly asked host for check in details,and we eventually got them on the day of check in only 15 minutes before scheduled (normal) check in time, at which time we were already at the weddding of my daughter, having travelled...

'Bramley cottage is a recently-built (2022) bespoke 1-bed single-storey cottage ideal for a couple, and is very dog-friendly. From the cottage, there is a pleasing outlook over the orchard, the plums were in-season and being picked by visitors to the site, which now includes a cafe. The cottage is near the far end of the estate (furthest from Ashlyns Lane, and visible on Google Maps), so were were never disturbed, its a wonderfully peaceful place. 'We had a very nice stay. In the cottage all the utensils you could wish for are there. We were warmly welcomed by Mrs S. Who informed us about a very nice garden we could visit and a small church in Tudely where Marc Chagall made 12 very beautiful glass windows. Rochester is a beautiful city, with many old tipacally English houses, an impressive castle and cathedral, on the Medway. The only difficulty for us Dutch people, was the trafic in the area, so fast and so many roundabouts. '

'A lovely stay for large family, gorgeous garden for kids to unwind and all to catch the sun, even in April. Great family kitchen where we chose to gather although good sitting room. Lovely walks from the house including a good pub for kids and food.'

'My family of 4 (including kids aged 5 and 8) had an incredible time at the Cottage over the course of 4 nights. The entire property is gorgeous and the hosts were so warm and welcoming throughout our stay. Our stay coincided with a period of warm weather so we got to enjoy beautiful summer evenings strolling about on a countryside estate watching foxes play on the adjacent field.
