'The condo was very clean and check in was very easy. Aron was very helpful and replied quickly to any texts. The bay was gorgeous and i enjoyed watching out. There were many birds and i saw some stingrays as well. The pool is very nice and extremely large. We didnt spend any time at the beach on the property because its small and smelly from trapped water and ocean debris. We went to Wikee Washee state park and did the kayak experience. 'The owner was very easy to get ahold of. She was able to handle a couple of small difficulties in a fast and efficient manner. She also was able to answer all the questions I had. The place was well stocked and clean. However, The views from the condo were spectacular was its biggest draw. '

'We met here with family from Illinois, Georgia and Maryland. The condo, grounds, and amenities were just right for us. We enjoyed watching the wildlife in the lagoon, playing pickle ball, tennis, and swimming in the beautiful pool! The views and sunsets were outstanding, and the local restaurants were top notch! The location of Hudson was just right as well. It was within an hour for us to visit the manatees, Clearwater area beaches, Honeymoon Island, and Tampa airport. Five stars!'

'The condo was comfortable, nicely decorated, clean, and has a nice lanai with a lovely view of water and trees, and a large, warm, beautiful pool. It was a little confusing at first knowing which door to enter the building, but we figured it out. Unfortunately, the weather was cold and windy the first two days but then turned warmer.'

'We had an awesome time at Gulf Island. Beautiful view, cleanliness, convenient parking and such friendly people at the security gate. If I had to provide any negatives it would be that there weren't enough coffee mugs! I know this is unimportant but it seemed like we were constantly washing cups. Our agent Kim was excellent! Hope to stay here again.'
