« Lovely holiday home with a fantastic view from the balcony/patio area, very close to the beach, and a great base to visit the vast array of places in the area. Good communication and information from Keith prior to arrival.Sadly disappointed by some cleanliness issues encountered, when finding rubbish under the beds and on top of the wardrobe in the twin room, a dirty windowsill in the bathroom, and kitchenware that we had to wash again prior to being able to use it. « This fantastic coastal home was an absolute joy to stay in, with attention to detail and gorgeous views with both sunrises and sunsets enjoyed by all. This is a unique property with plenty space for a group of 10 people. Access to the beach at Broughty Ferry just a stones throw away makes for a beautiful stay. « We stayed here for two nights and absolutely loved it. The house had tons of space, with modern touches and en suite bathrooms that made it incredibly comfortable for our group. The location couldn’t be better—an easy walk to great restaurants and the courses at St Andrews.Marvyn, the host, was fantastic: responsive, helpful, and even assisted us when we accidentally left a few items behind.Highly recommend this property for anyone visiting the area! »

« We were disappointed that there was no welcome pack, not even a teabag. The location is wonderful, but for the money paid, cleanliness wasn’t great. The dishwasher hadn’t been completely emptied, cobwebs visible, sofa corners - not pleasant & log basket wasn’t full for our first cold night indoors. The downstairs shower leaked water all over the floor under the glass side panel. But the house is lovely - just a bit more TLC. »

« We loved the layout and the location was fantastic - a really short drive to the beach. Unfortunately it smelled quite badly of cigarette smoke and the washing machine smelled musty so we had to use the laundromat on site instead. We would have liked to have had some USB plugs. »
