'Great house and great location. Just a couple of things would make it exceptional by having some shear curtains as house very dark with blinds down and we didn't know neighbourhood so didn't want blind open so everyone could see in. The cleaner did not notice a cup and saucer left in the laundry basin by previous guets. Cup upstairs would be a nice touch as you have supplied a kettle and tea etc. Enjoyable place to stay for the weekend with friends. Thank you'

'This was a perfect place to stay for a family. The kids loved playing basketball, exploring the garden and there were even some toys inside. It would be great to have a few board games for older kids/adults in the evenings.'

'We loved the location close to the Geelong CBD and fantastic cafes/shops in the Street. The property was good and what we expected including being a great house for our toy poodle. What we didn't enjoy was the extremely loud music from a Venue at the top of the street. Even ear plugs didn't help and we ended up leaving a night early from the property.'

The kids loved the cubby house, the play yard and the chickens, a real high light! There were plenty of books and games to keep them quiet indoors too. 'We had a lovely stay at the Orchard Bungalow. It was great location for shops and beach nearby. We were lucky enough to have great communication with the owner throughout the process and they even left us a nice gift on arrival. We highly recommend this place and look forward to coming back. '
