Cottages in Costa Mujeres

Gym was top. A la card is top.

'Staff was amazing. Shout out to Felipe, Esai and Matilda. But ALL the staff were super, friendly and so helpful and accommodating. We were able to upgrade our room and loved the oceanfront sound and views. Our room kept so clean, sheets, towels and bar items changed daily.'

'Nice stay at Punta Blanca Beach House. Spacious rooms and nicely decorated. For the price I would have expected more service. '

'They went above and beyond to help after issues with room on day of arrival. Food was good, room was great, staff overall friendly and helpful but there were times that they were definitely overwhelmed/understaffed during busy eating hours. Not uncommon to wait for 30 minutes or longer from kitchen at especially busy times.'

'There was a bad smel in our room and the bathroom. Really strange this is 5 star property. Nothing compared with the hotel next door Secrets Playa Blanca. Really disappointed. '

'The resort staff was amazing!! The food was great, the speed was even better, water temperature really good!! Bars inside the pool were super cool, whole family had a blast!! I have 0 complaints. We will definitely go back.'

'Kid friendly, helpful airport staff, very helpful hotel staff, property is not huge so it gives more time to relax and enjoy'

'I visited SLS Playa Mujeres for a solo birthday getaway, and it turned out to be the best birthday I’ve ever had and one of my favorite solo travel experiences! My stay happened to coincide with the Taste of SLS Playa Mujeres weekend, which made the experience even more memorable. From incredible live concerts and culinary experiences to expertly crafted cocktails, a pool party, and fireworks, the entire weekend was spectacular. There was always something exciting happening, but also plenty of...

'The check in seemed nice, we got a wet towel and a drink which was really tasty, the check in itsself lasted way too long, im not exaggerating when im saying it took at least half an hour. The room and the pools were really nice. We did a round trip and of all the places we've been to the staff in this hotel was the least friendly. There are red cabs outside the hotel. They charge like 3 times the normal price. Ordinary cabs aren't allowed to pick up people from/nearby hotel. If you try to catch...
