'Lots of mosquitoes, even the bed had a net on top, the place had lots of holes and cracks. AC was no sufficient because it is an open room, sheets where clean but the bed and pillows had a sweat smell. Good if you want a eco place to stay but not for $75.00 US. per night. The good..it is a very safe place very close to the town and staff was very friendly and respectful. Hot water was a plus also.'

'The pool was cloudy when we arrived. There was mild in the fridge and freezer. The jacuzzi was dirty with hair shavings in the drain. The kitchen faucet barely worked and kept falling off. We were promised a BBQ grill which did not arrive until the last week we were there. We bought food based on being able to use a grill. Not happy or satisfied at all. Several times the hot water tank stopped working several times.'

'What a beautiful property! I wish I had more time to stay as it was a very nice place with huge rooms, an even bigger yard, and a spacious kitchen. '

'The only thing is wanted to be close to Loreto town.'

'Julian was an excellent host. Julian was extremely helpful in recommending restaurants and places to see. We loved the outdoor courtyard area. You could be outide all day but have shade. Was thankful for the air-conditioning at night. '

'My family and I enjoyed the stay. The house needs air conditioning it gets extremely hot and the fans don’t suffice. A key for the gym would be nice we were told only owners can use it. Overall the location is very nice, the private beach is a plus for sure. Very quiet and safe at night.'
