Great experience and I will definitely stay here again! My husband and I stayed here for 7 nights and it really felt like home by the end.The unit is exactly as pictured. Comfortable furniture, a fully stocked kitchen with all of the utensils, pans, coffee maker, etc. needed to feel comfortable and make your own food. Having the pool right outside was ideal and was a great way to cool off mid-day.The bed was comfortable and the ACs worked great during the hot days. The wifi was strong and allowed both of us to work remotely and join video calls no problem. Having access to the washer and dryer was so helpful for our long stay.The property management team was phenomenal! So responsive and helpful when we had questions. There is plenty of free street parking outside of the unit which made it really easy for us to rent a car to go on excursions outside of the city (beach, cenote, Chichen Itza. etc)The location is a quiet neighborhood with a lot of essentials (grocery store, pharmacy, cafe, fruit stand, etc) within a 10-15 min walk. Centro Merida is a quick uber away, otherwise it's an easy 30 min walk away or you can hop on the bus which picks up right around the corner from the unit. This unit had two bikes that we made use of to get through the city even faster.This is the perfect vacation rental and I wish all of them lived up to this standard of hospitality. I highly recommend staying here.
