'This is a very unique hotel in the area of Puerto Aventuras, an area that is otherwise quite dominated by big chain resort hotels. The staff are exceptionally friendly and makes you feel like you're part of a family rather than 'just another tourist'. Breakfasts are amazing! Rooms were clean and comfortable, great design of the hotel inside and outside. You can also use their bicycles which is a fun way to go around the town.'

'Everything about this hotel was THE BEST! All of the staff was friendly and attentive. They have amenities I hadn’t seen before. The swim up pool on our back patio was so fun. The room was very clean and well stocked daily, they even offer turn down service. Food at every restaurant was SO GOOD! Food allergies? No problem! They will help identify dishes meeting your dietary needs and will even prepare food not on the menu “special” for you in the kitchen. Highly recommend getting a hydrotherapy...

'The property is nice, the staff is super friendly, and its close to xcaret! The only thing that I would point out is that the pillows could be better, and the shower. The water flow shuts off after some time and it makes you have to turn back the knobs and turn it back on. Other than that, this hotel is okay. '
