'This is a very unique hotel in the area of Puerto Aventuras, an area that is otherwise quite dominated by big chain resort hotels. The staff are exceptionally friendly and makes you feel like you're part of a family rather than 'just another tourist'. Breakfasts are amazing! Rooms were clean and comfortable, great design of the hotel inside and outside. You can also use their bicycles which is a fun way to go around the town.'

'Para nuestra familia es el lugar perfecto para pasar un fin de semana y relajarse del trabajo, es importante destacar que somos familia con niños pequeños y una de las coas más importantes es poder estar tranquilos y en paz en la playa, esta zona tiene playa perfecta para niños pequeños ! buena comida, buenos tragos. Siempre nos atienden con calidez humana y te hacen sentir como en casa.'

'Staff is great, place was clean. The room had ac/heat (nights are a bit cold 17/19c) and there was hot water for thee showers 4 stars only because I didn’t really enjoy the restaurant food. Drinks were good though The beach is about 5 min walk from the front desk and there are beach chairs for rent and well as a couple of restaurants Overall a really nice place stay'

'Exceptionally clean throughout, very courteous and friendly staff. Points off for lack of communication. The resort is quite spread out, we had to ask for a map because the website map was hard to find. Activities lists were on the room tv but, again, contained no details. Our personal concierge lost a restaurant reservation.'

'This is a very cute hacienda. The grounds are really unique. It has a small cenote and a prayer space. The pool is in the center of a creatively decorated garden. We loved this hidden peaceful gem, and extended our stay!'
