'This is a very unique hotel in the area of Puerto Aventuras, an area that is otherwise quite dominated by big chain resort hotels. The staff are exceptionally friendly and makes you feel like you're part of a family rather than 'just another tourist'. Breakfasts are amazing! Rooms were clean and comfortable, great design of the hotel inside and outside. You can also use their bicycles which is a fun way to go around the town.'

'This was the nicest resort I’ve ever stayed at. It takes all inclusive to a new level of luxury. My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and chose a room with a swim up balcony. 100% worth it. Having your own private place to take a dip was wonderful. And our room was constantly checked up on and refreshed. We enjoyed couples massage, which was also perfect. The spa experience was comprehensive and pampering in the best way. I utilized the gym, which has everything I needed and then some!...
