'This is a very unique hotel in the area of Puerto Aventuras, an area that is otherwise quite dominated by big chain resort hotels. The staff are exceptionally friendly and makes you feel like you're part of a family rather than 'just another tourist'. Breakfasts are amazing! Rooms were clean and comfortable, great design of the hotel inside and outside. You can also use their bicycles which is a fun way to go around the town.'

'Large resort with lovely covered walkways throughout the resort. Very serene and family friendly. Several pools to enjoy and great snorkelling right off of the beach! Remember to bring beach shoes as the beach has some rocky areas. There is a doubled decker bus that runs every 15 minutes or so, that stops at the lobbies of each of the 6 sister resorts. You can also walk from one end of the sister resorts to the other end in about 20 minutes. Lots of choice at the food buffets and beach side...

'Het is een groot complex en daar moet je van houden; het is dus overal behoorlijk druk. M.n. Amerikanen en Mexicanen, met hun eigen gewoontes. Strand en zee erg mooi, hoewel er in de zee veel (grote) stenen liggen en je even moet oppassen als je erin loopt. Je ligt onder een palmboom op een wit strand, super. Buffet was compleet en je krijgt netjes een tafel toegewezen; geen Turkse resort taferelen, men is erg beleefd. Minpunten: betalen voor wifi is zo niet meer van deze tijd. Het enig hotel...
