'Didn't really see any staff... The check-in process was through a screen but was easy. Room was great and nice and clean too... Would be good to have a way to plug in a Chromecast or some other device to tv for kids as there are no english or kids channel on tvs. Internet connection very good, location was pretty good too 3 mins from Ebisucho metro without luggage. 'An apartment. Very good way to try the units if you're looking to buy one in the area. Great area with everything i needed nearby. A grocer shop, a laundry shop and a few restaurant (maybe the pools too). Took this one because it was close to mall of asia and the airport. The check in was a bit of a challenge though.
