'The owner did not mention that the bathroom was a shared bathroom. The bed was afwully bad. We left after the first night and asked the owner for refunding the other 2 nights. She was sleeping, her husband didn't know anything. We are still waiting for a reaction and a refund. Vey disappointed knowaanythhing'

'We were given an unlockable room and the only access to this room was through another bedroom that was in use. This was not safe in our opinion. We had our 2 teenage daughters with us and their beds were mattresses on the floor. There was no hot tub. The bathroom and kitchen facilities were not clean. We did not stay there even after paying over £500 and the hosts were rude to us over WhatsApp messages when we said we wouldn’t be staying there. '

'Wonderful property! Great location. Short walk (10 minutes) to the Portobello Road Market, Tube Station, restaurants, and shopping. Very well stocked with everything you need to cook in house. We would love to come back again soon! '
