'The owner did not mention that the bathroom was a shared bathroom. The bed was afwully bad.
We left after the first night and asked the owner for refunding the other 2 nights. She was sleeping, her husband didn't know anything. We are still waiting for a reaction and a refund. Vey disappointed knowaanythhing'

'Very disappointing experience.
There was no communication from the property before arrival despite five attempts to contact them. We arrived at 5:15pm, well after the 3pm check-in time, yet two people were still in the property washing up and cleaning. Had we arrived at 3pm, the property clearly would not have been ready.
The cleanliness was unacceptable. Plates and pans needed washing before use, there were dirty cups in the dishwasher, mouldy cheese in the fridge and a freezer that appeared...

'The host, Rebeca, does a great job of keeping the premises clean.
The host lives on site, and there are two other rental rooms present, all on the second floor with one shared bathroom for the floor.
This location was close to the tube so we had easy access to London!'
