'The hacienda was beautiful, with its own cenote and underground river. Tours by David were amazing on site, and his advice for activities, restaurants etc. really enhanced our stay. 'the ocean was visible from our room, however the beach was covered in sea weed wich i understand is normal but nothing was done to clean the beach. we enjoyed our pool very much !! the water in the pool became visible dirty after a few days , the same thing happened to the main pool and nothing was being done about it. i think housekeeping needs to step it up.'

'The room was very clean and that's always number one prerequisite. The staff who received us was very patient as we didn't know a lot of things and asked many questions. I didn't understand why we had to pay more for one more person, as the room had two queen side beds and we were able to bring another friend along. That was not right, but it's not the staff's fault.
