'Well kept. Very good overall. However, the front desk check in is not efficient. Take way too long. Similar experience in June stay. For example, the clearing crew should update completion on a computer, so front desk staff does not have to call. These inefficiencies are due to lack of good management and effective software. '

'We verbleven vier nachten in een kamer met zeezicht in het preferred club gedeelte. Helaas deed de lift naar de 3?3e verdieping het niet en er was geen andere kamer beschikbaar. Helaas waren de trappen niet van leuningen voorzien, niet echt veilig. Positief: heel groot hotel, maar het voelde niet massaal aan. 'We (fam of 4 plus Mom) just got back. Minor issues phone not working ect. They are attentive. Might take a day, but they are a "make it right" property. We did not do the excusions this time around. With it being fall you were guaranteed about 3 hours of rain mid day. However, numbers were fantastic at dinner. Zero wait, plenty of space at the pools. Food was excellent! 'This was the best hotel we stayed at during this trip. The staff is incredible, the hotel is gorgeous, and the food and drinks are top notch. The free happy hour by the pool is a great touch. Visiting in the rainy season could mean some light flooding and not being able to enjoy the rooftop terrace and pool, but it was still 100% worth it.'
