Prima plek om een paar dagen te relaxen
"We verbleven vier nachten in een kamer met zeezicht in het preferred club gedeelte. Helaas deed de lift naar de 3?3e verdieping het niet en er was geen andere kamer beschikbaar. Helaas waren de trappen niet van leuningen voorzien, niet echt veilig. Positief: heel groot hotel, maar het voelde niet massaal aan. Bij de zwembaden en de restaurants was altijd wel een plekje te vinden. Minpunten: de voordelen van preferred club zijn beperkt. Privestrand en aparte bar, maar geen verdere extra's. We wilden graag in het teppanyaki restaurant eten, maar dat was alle dagen vol. De twee specialiteitenrestaurants Portofino en Bordeaux waren op dezelfde imdag gesloten, de laatste zelfs op twee achtereenvolgende dagen. De drie gangen + antipasti bij Portofino werden in hoog tempo opgediend, binnen een uur stonden we weer buiten. Tot slot complimenten voor de medewerkers bij het privestrand en voor Filiberto in de bar. Altijd zeer attent en gastvrij."
