'for a 4 star hotel I expect a lot more. staff was not able to provide an invoice with the company name, required for reimbursement (business travel). you have to pay credit first to have something written to your room. a blockage on the credit card was not possible in order to have everything the the room invoice. Receipts where not provided for whatever you ate or drank. not worth the money we paid but is was close to the congress. '

'We've vacationed at Playa Azul over a dozen times over the years and we absolutely love staying there! This was our second visit this year. The beach area and snorkeling are first rate! Plenty of shaded seating and the tiki bar is right there (Great Drinks & the Beer is COLD). The menu items are also first rate and you can't beat the breakfast bar!
