"Het was een schone, maar kleine kamer met geweldig uitzicht over de stad. Hotel ligt dichtbij Times Square en metrostation. Personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Echt een top ervaring!"

"Wij hebben een fijn verblijf gehad. Dat was nog beter geweest als er iemand naar de airco was komen kijken. Die maakte heel veel herrie zelfs als deze uitstond. Maakt het slapen lastig. Hiervan twee keer melding gemaakt maar niemand gezien. Dat is jammer"

"het hotel is heel mooi de lobby en kamers. receptie is een beetje verstopt in de lobby en direct zichtbaar. Kamer is zeer netjes en geheel in stijl gemoderniseerd. hier en daar zie nog de geschiedenis in de kamer, wat de kamer een extra charme geeft."

"Good place next to time square, clean hotel, good beds, rooms for 4 persons aren somewhat small if you have suitcases, but doable. Breakfast is proper and included (just missing basic options for bread such as cheese and ham). The elevator situation especially around breakfast time is terrible. There are 5 elevators for over 30+ floors. If you are below level 20 there is a fair chance that you have to wait +10 mins for a elevator thats not full. Further is the rooftop bar not just to but you must take a table. Outside space is limited, while inside the airco is on turbo. Staff in general is nice, there is a basic but well maintained gym and they offer taxi services in case u need one to the airport. Conclusion, eventhough the elevator situation I would return."

"We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, located just around the corner from Times Square. It’s the perfect base for exploring New York, with major attractions and public transportation all within easy walking distance. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The only downside was the $100 per hour charge for late checkout, which felt a bit steep. That said, we absolutely enjoyed our time here and would gladly come back!"

"Prima hotel, grote schone kamers, vriendelijk personeel, starbucks koffie in de lobby, Times Square op loopafstand. Kortom, een aanrader."

"Het was een aftandse zooi. Behang los, kranen los, afvoerputjes miste, alle voegen waren geel. De kasten vielen van ellende uit elkaar. Het restaurant was sinds covid nooit meer open gegaan. Dus ontbijten was niet mogelijk. De sportschool waarmee geadverteerd wordt bestaat niet. En de sfeer leek meer op een station. "
